Looking for your next fun, family fishing trip? Or are you experienced angler looking for something more? Our Captains will make sure you have a trip that lasts a lifetime!

Meet Captain George

Captain George, Grew up in Sheepshead Bay N.Y where he lived by grit, hard work ethic and family values. He learned to be dependable and deeply devoted to his customers and family.

For 20 years, George worked abord the Staten Island Ferry, navigating the busy waters of New York Harbor. This was just the beginning of George’s career on the water. For 49 years, he has owned and operated fishing boats. Early mornings on the dock. Watching the weather. Reading the tides. Fishing became George’s second language.

George’s accomplishments continue with his grandchildren, Beaugue and Everly. While the water used to be his favorite place, spending time with his grandchildren is what he treasures the most.

You won’t find a better Captain than George. His lifetime on the water and dedication to hard work makes him the perfect choice for your next adventure. Join him aboard the Miss Belle!

Meet Captain Bob

Join Captain Bob for an adventure you’ll be talking about for years. With a lifetime spent on the water, he brings deep experience, steady leadership, and a genuine love for the ocean to every trip aboard the Miss Belle.

Before running fishing charters, Captain Bob worked with the world renowned OCEARCH team, tagging Great White Sharks off Cape Cod, MA. His time on research vessels gave him a front row seat to the behavior, movement, and conservation of some of the ocean’s most incredible species.

When he’s not on the water, Captain Bob serves his community as a dedicated member of the Beach Haven First Aid Squad. He has supported residents through natural disasters, emergencies, and evacuations always showing up when people need him most.

Whether he’s sharing stories from his research days or pointing out the rhythms of the local marine life, Captain Bob brings a wealth of knowledge about both the community and the creatures that call these waters home.

Come aboard the Miss Belle and experience a trip that’s equal parts excitement, education, and pure coastal magic.

Meet Ryan Mollicone

I’ve been working on boats for about 10 years, with experience ranging from charter fishing to commercial crabbing, scalloping, gill netting, and potting. Over the years, I’ve learned every aspect of the industry — from hard work on deck to understanding the dedication, long hours, and responsibility that come with life on the water. The maritime industry has shaped my work ethic and given me hands-on experience in a wide variety of fisheries and vessel operations.
